Welcome to the St.
Lucia Amateur Radio Association - J69SL

HISTORY
The St. Lucia Amateur Radio Association (ARA) was initially founded in
October 1996 by Ancletus Ernest (J69AZ), Givan George (J69AC), and David Collingham
(J68LP or K3LP). The individuals involved with establishing this association
have been participating in working DX and contesting together since 1996.
In February 2005, non-profit formal association by-laws and
a bank account were established to ensure continuous growth and enhance the
associations ability to attract new members.
